Remedy’s Sam Lake discusses the transformation of storytelling

Fresh off a talk at Tribeca Film Festival, Remedy Entertainment’s Sam Lake swung by Polygon to discuss the art of storytelling in video games and how it is both similar to and differs from movies.

Along the way, we also discussed the company’s next projects, how the company is weighing the value of “living games” and discovered that I remain obsessed with Remedy making a new Alan Wake game.
